For over thirty years a family guided the kitchen and patisserie, delighting locals until August this year, when the torch passed to a pastry duo from the region who previously worked at Moulin du Ponceau in Chartres (1 toque). They aim to restore the two toques as soon as possible, with the bill pending. Guests enjoy toothsome, generous dishes, a superb wine list, and a lounge area, while calf sweetbreads and foie gras remain house specialties.
