Summary: A tradition-rich venue with precise dishes.
This cozy bistro is a hidden gem offering classic French dishes made from scratch by the conscientious chef. The menu is quite limited, but that's because the chef focuses on quality over quantity. He makes his own juices, sauces, ice creams, and sorbets, among other things. The crispy snail stick with girolles and tomato confit, the roast duck filet with spicy honey and pine nuts, and the Angus persille with red wine reduction are all examples of great ideas well implemented. The menu, priced at 35€, covers almost all of the offerings, right up to the delicious nougat ice cream with lovage and apricot coulis. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with raw stone walls adding a touch of rustic charm. The wine list is also impressive, featuring a variety of selections to suit all tastes.
